Me, I always dreamed of being "Marshmallow Girl", the superherione who could envelop her enemies in such a feeling of sweetness and light that they gave up their evil pursuits and ambitions to follow her around for all of eternity, hoping to stay cocooned in all that sweetness...

Okay, I was young once, too, you know...

..."have you ever...

2. ... fallen in love with someone who didn't exist?  [The corollary to this one is having fallen in love with a ficitonal/cinematic character, in, this our pop-culture-driven society]...

3. ...wondered who the hell it is you converse/co-miserate/share world views with across this confounded ether?  I confess to having nearly fallen in love with MB or kid oakland or some other frighteningly eloquent stranger here on this confounded website.  (Apologies to the families of MB and kid oakland for my loose-fingered positions this evening).

4. ...tried to meaningfully answer the question "who am I?"

And, if so, which path of explanation/relationships/descriptions did you fall back on in order to answer that question?

5. ...imagined yourself changing the world?!?

If so, just what did that look like, pray tell???

6.  ...wondered who you'd be if your brain took up residence in a different head or body?

7.  ...changed your name, changed our heart, changed your face, changed your life?

8. ...run away???

9. ...actually attempted to put yourself in somebody else's shoes?  Did you know how to do that or did you simply put everybody else in your shoes and assume that was the same thing?

10.  ...have vision?!?

     ...see differently?!?

     ...use your sight?!?

     ...use the sight of others?

     ...recognize the difference between sight and vision?  

If so, talk about it, write about it, make up stuff about it.  Just keep the stories coming.  I'm feeling foolishly deep and philosophical this evening.  I could use some company, if any of you are co inclined this evening...
