what have the democrats done for you lately?

have they opposed the continuing Iraq war?
have they opposed the bankruptcy bill?
have they opposed John Roberts?
have they opposed the carpet bagging of New Orleans?
have they stood up for labor?
the enviroment?
women's and minorities' rights
I've been a hardcore democrat for the past 20+ years, but I'm starting to wonder if it isn't time for a party that represents what I believe the democratic party used to stand for, before they got in bed w/ managaement.

Now I understand that dKos and others are trying to revitalize the democratic wing of the party, but I fear it's too late. Witness its success so far. How many Senators are currently opposing this war? or calling for a timetable for withdrawal?
The Dem's are counting on your support like they count on the support of black americans. They take it for granted because there are no alternatives. We need an alternative.
