What will we tell the children?

I hadn't realised that this phrase comes from a biblical context.
The reason I am bringing this up, is because it is also being used as the theme for this years 30th Kirchentag taking place from 25th to 29th May 2005. It is taking place in Hanover, Germany and they expect up to 150.000 people to desent on the town. It is a huge festival.

In the first evening, the estimated crowd was about 300.000 people (which obviously includes people from Hanover as well, which are not included in the first figure)

It is a bi-annual meeting of Protestants exchaning views, discussing current affairs, hearing politicians from accross the board, meditating together - displaying the colouful multitude of Christianity. The fundies hate the event. It is to accomodating and friendly for them (-: (Fuck Peter Hahne. The reason why I m bringing this up is, most of these Christians are people that would frequent this site as well. So have a peek and send a prayer.
